1. Acceptance
By using LogoForge AI (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
LogoForge AI provides tools for creating and editing logos, including AI-assisted generation. The Service is provided AS IS and we may update, change or discontinue parts of it.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Plans & Payments
The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly via PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund periods already paid, unless required by law.
5. Ownership of Your Work
Logos you create belong to you and may be used commercially. You grant us a limited license to store and display them solely to operate the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users, and we do not perform trademark clearance. You are responsible for verifying that your logo does not infringe third-party rights before commercial use; consulting an IP attorney is recommended.
7. Prohibited Use
Do not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; to imitate existing brands; to attack the Service's security; or to circumvent plan limits.
8. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, its code, design, original templates and the LogoForge AI brand belong to the Service operator and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
